What's not to love about a big butt? All the men be staring and now even the women be staring too. However, most men are still clueless about the truly exquisite thing that is their butt.
The butt or the ass is the thing that defines the American modern culture!
1) Let's start you off with something nice and simple, booty squats! This is the fundamental to getting those nicely shaped legs and butts.
. Start with your feet shoulder width apart
. Chest up, arms in front and tighten that tummy
. Bend at your knees and pretend that it's a public bathroom
. Push that booty out as you come down!
Do this for 10 to 15 times in a row for 5 sets (30 seconds rest between each sets), and then repeat the exercise for up to 3 times per week (take 2 day off in between each). Don't over do this exercise because your butts needs rest for it to grow!
2) The second awesome exercise that we need to do is the laying down side kick. This exercise will work your booty primarily.
. Lay down on your side
. Straighten the top leg and bend your bottom leg
. Lift the top leg to 70 degrees and then come down slow
Do this for 10 to 15 times in a row for 5 sets (30 seconds rest between each sets), and then repeat the exercise for up to 3 times per week (take 2 day off in between each). Do these 2 exercises on the same day then rest and let that booty grow.
With these 2 exercises your butts with truly become bootiful!
